Dr. Jing-Sheng Zheng is a practicing cardiologist with Associated Cardiovascular Consultants, a part of Lourdes Cardiology.
Dr. Zheng earned his medical degree at Fujian Medical College in Fuzhou, Fujian, China. He completed an internship at Shaowu Hospital, Fujian, and worked as a cardiologist at Fujian Provincial Cardiovascular Diseases Research Institute and Fujian Provincial Hospital. After earning a PhD in physiology and biophysics from Case Western Reserve University, he worked as a research assistant for the Department of Investigative Medicine at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland. Following an internship and residencies at George Washington University – Providence Hospital in Washington, D.C., he continues to serve as a cardiology fellow and clinical instructor of medicine at Temple University Hospital.
He is affiliated with AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (Mainland and Atlantic City), Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation in Pomona.
Dr. Zheng is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. He is a Scientific Council Member of the American Heart Association and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, American College of Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and the Chinese-American Heart Association. In addition, has served as a research sub-investigator for several clinical studies. He has served as a guest lecturer in both the United States and China, and has been published in many medical journals.
